Q: How long does it take for my order to be made?
The turn over at this point in time is approximately 3-4 days.

Q: How long does it take to arrive?
Standard (free) delivery is roughly 2-4 days from the day I post your order. Once posted you will be notified of your tracking number. 

Q: Are the lashes from another supplier? 
No my fauxies are 100% handmade i.e. I make the fans using extensions for the lashes. 

Q: What is the material of the extensions & why that material? 
They are synthetic lash extensions. I use synthetic material because:

• they are the most popular used lash material in lash world 
• they are firm & hold their curl the best giving you that fresher look for longer
• dramatic/full appearing but natural 
• 100% vegan 
• toxin free

Q: I read silk lashes look fake & give off that plastic look, is that how they'll look?
Not necessarily! We have come a long way from the beginning of lashes. I only use 0.03 diameter lashes, which creates fluffiness. The material of my lashes are also matte so there is no shiny or plastic look.
